• Take I-77 South to Bluefield Exit
• Take right on John F. Nash Boulevard
• Take left on 460 West at intersection
• Turn right at Maryland Ave. exit (follow the hospital sign on right)
• The hospital is located on the LEFT on Cherry Street

From Bramwell, West Virginia (US 52):

• Turn South onto US-52
• After passing Bluefield State College, travel straight through the next traffic light onto Cherry Streeet, look for BRMC on the right.

From Tazewell, Virginia (US 19 & US 460):

• Travel northeast on US-19/460 to Bluefield
• After entering West Virginia, turn LEFT onto Maryland Ave.
• Follow the sign for the hospital that is in the same direction as Bluefield State College
• BRMC is located on the LEFT on Cherry Street

From Bland, Virginia (US 52 and I-77):

• Depart Bland, Virginia, United States on US-52 [SR-42] (West)
• At I-77 Exit 52, turn RIGHT (North) onto I-77
• After entering West Virginia
• At I-77 Exit 1, turn LEFT (West) onto US-52
• Turn RIGHT (North) onto US-460
• Turn LEFT (West) onto US-19
• Turn LEFT (South) onto Cherry St [Maryland Ave]
